Md. Abir Hasan

Md Abir Hasan is the Co-Founder of YPF. His work focuses on social protection, refugee response, jobs, and private sector development. He has consulted for the World Bank, IFC, DFID in countries across South Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Abir completed his Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford, where he achieved a Distinction.

Kazi Ashfaqul Huq

One of the Co-Founders of YPF, Kazi Ashfaqul Huq claims to have “an approximate knowledge of many things” stemming from a passion for learning, desire to understand the world and its people through empathy and deduction, and to improve lives wherever possible. This drive has led this finance and economics graduate to the development sector, and YPF.

Shegufta Armin Ahsan

Shegufta Armin Ahsan is one of the Co-Founders and the Head of Operations, Planning, and Development at YPF. She has completed her BBA from IBA, University of Dhaka with a major in Marketing and a minor in Economics. Her interests include problem-solving, planning, and visual storytelling. She aspires to find creative solutions to social problems.

Saima M. Khan
Saima M. Khan is one of the co-founders who has recently joined bKash after completing her bachelor’s in finance and economics from IBA, University of Dhaka. Her work includes achieving financial inclusion for all and contributing to the growth of fintech in Bangladesh. With her thirst for knowledge and knack for the arts, she aspires to be an economist with a paintbrush.
