Governance apprenticeship

ga leaders

“YPF Governance Apprenticeship” is our flagship program, designed to create a platform for symbiotic exchange of knowledge between the youth and incumbent policymakers or policy advocates. A team of young researchers will be recruited from YPF’s expansive policy networks and appointed as apprentices for a business community leader, politician, member of parliament, civil servant, or bureaucrat.

Each member will be selected according to the agenda of their respective mentor, specializing in the same field of study as their respective parliamentary committee or field of choice. They will provide day-to-day policy support for their respective mentors, catering to their agendas. This agenda can be personal or institutional depending on the mentor’s preference.

Currently we have 48 youths from different parts of the nation working under this apprenticeship program.
